Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Products)

Because we sell digital in-game items, no physical shipping is required. All products are delivered digitally through our Discord server.

How Delivery Works

After completing your purchase, you must join our Discord server to receive your order.

Delivery steps:

1. Join our Discord at: https://discord.gg/RWPY6PaC6z

2. Open a ticket or follow the instructions in the #claim-orders channel

3. Provide your order number and any required information

4. A staff member will deliver your digital item in-game

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times may vary depending on staff availability.

Typical delivery window:

• Instant to 1 hour after submitting your order ticket on Discord

• Peak times may require up to 12 hours

If you do not claim your item on Discord, delivery cannot be completed.

Customer Responsibility

To receive your purchase, you must:

• Join our Discord server

• Provide accurate order information

• Be available in-game if required for delivery

• Follow the instructions in our ticket system

Failure to do so may delay your order.

No Physical Shipping

Since all items are digital, we do not ship packages, charge shipping fees, or provide tracking numbers.

All fulfillment is handled digitally.

Unclaimed Orders

If you do not join the Discord or respond to staff messages within 7 days, your order will be considered unclaimed.
Unclaimed digital orders are not eligible for refunds, as outlined in our No-Refund Policy.
