Because our products are digital, instantly delivered, and irreversible, all sales are final. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Return and No-Refund Policy.

Digital Product Delivery

All items sold on this store are in-game digital products. Once your order is completed and the digital item has been delivered to your account, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns of digital products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Purchasing the wrong item
Buyer’s remorse
Device or account compatibility issues
In-game updates, bans, or restrictions not caused by our service

Because digital items cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, we also do not offer exchanges once delivery has been completed.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds once the digital product has been delivered.

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

The product was not delivered due to an error on our end
The wrong product was delivered and cannot be corrected
A verified technical issue prevented us from fulfilling the order

Refund requests for unauthorized purchases or issues caused by the customer’s account will not be accepted.

Incorrect or Undelivered Items

If you believe you’ve received the wrong digital item or did not receive your item:

Provide your order number and proof of purchase
Provide any required information for verification

If an error on our side is confirmed, we will either deliver the correct item or issue a refund.

Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving your digital product is considered misuse of the payment system. We reserve the right to provide delivery evidence and take appropriate action if necessary.
